Like we have Right to Education, Right to Food - in the same way we have "Right for Safe Roads" or pedestrians have "Right for Footpaths". Our engineers build roads - but no Footpaths. And if by mistake they make then - those to totally useless. Yes someone should file a PIL for missing footpaths! OR have we become bereft of ideas and are just churing out useless townplanners and incompetent urban planners? Who will save this damn country? It is a night mare to just think of going outeven for a walk, for there are no footpaths/pavements!!! WHerever there are, it isocupied by the hawkers, beggars, extendeds shop-keepers,home-less urchins andso on! CAnt we file a PIL in the courts demanding footpaths, walkable ones for old people?
